　　HDPE硅芯管是目前世界上先进的通信光缆护套管，是以HDPE高密度聚乙烯为原料一次挤出成型的，它采用高密度聚乙烯与硅胶一次性同步挤压成形，管材内壁光滑，不脱层，内壁摩擦系数小，光(电)缆可在管道内反复抽取，耐压性能优越，采用加压气吹法吹缆。密封性能好，防水，具有良好的环刚性和拉伸性，在较大外压下不变形，微型硅芯管弯曲半径小，可根据不同施工环境和地质特点随意弯曲，使用寿命可长达100年，施工快捷，可大大降低工程造价。

　　HDPE silicon core pipe is currently the world's most advanced communication optical cable high temperature protective casing. It is an extrusion molding of high density polyethylene HDPE as raw materials. It adopts the high-density polyethylene with silica gel to have one-time synchronous extrusion forming. The inner wall of pipe is smooth and un-delaminating. The inner wall has a small friction coefficient. Optical (electric) cable can be extracted repeatedly in the pipe, and has a superior compression performance. It adopts the pressurized gas blowing method to blow cables.
